The New Warby Parker Specs

I’m all about the little touches that add extra flair or statement to an outfit. And when it comes to my glasses, which I typically don’t wear, I haven’t been very excited- probably why I never wear them. I have always purchased the typical black frame, structured and square shaped. But now that I am officially adulting, I realized I haven’t gotten a new prescription or glasses in quite awhile.

I’ve been hearing some great things about Warby Parker- stylish frames at an affordable price that you get to try-on at home for free. What did I have to lose?

A blue Warby Parker box arrived on my doorstep within a week containing five colorful and eclectic frames to try-on. I avoided all the black and traditional options, instead opting for blush pink and blue colors that were cat-eyed and rounded styles. Nothing mundane about these snazzy accessories!

I was impressed and excited, eventually ordering a pair of Finch in Bellini, a light blush color. And the coolest part of this whole process: my vision insurance covered it! And if insurance wouldn’t have, the frames and prescription lenses would only cost $95. Their prices are significantly cheaper than most eyewear companies.

I was so elated with the easy and fun experience that I ordered ANOTHER box of glasses to try-on. The more the merrier, right? A woman has got to have options.

I’ll keep you posted on @outfitaday365 on Instagram with me five new options. Maybe you can help me decide on the new ones…

If you wear prescription glasses, there is no reason to stick with anything you find boring when you have the chance to express your personality. Warby Parker is a great place to start.

Peace, love, and fashion happiness,
